P4- You are looking at a picture of rush hour in Pol-e Baagh-e Omumi, the heart of Kabul city. Nothing has changed in this part of the city since the seventies. The only new building that is being built in this picture is the Chambers of Commerce. It is said that the funds allotted for completing this project have been stolen, so, the project is now on hold. The umbrellas in the picture belong to the street vendors to protect themselves from the daily sun.
