P36- Housing has turned into a major problem for the people and the government in Kabul city. The hills and mountains in and around Kabul are covered with new and old, legal and illegal houses half way to the top. This picture is shot from Sinamaa Pamir and shows houses in Joy-e Shir and Naqaash. The dome of the Shaah-e Do Shamshira Mosque is visible in the mid-right portion of the picture.
