P12- One can easily trace the effects of neighboring countries on Afghan society. You can see it the way people dress, the way they run their businesses, the food they eat, etc. In this picture you are looking at a booth which says “watch repairer” in English. There are many similar store signs through out Kabul city. The building in the background is Pashtani Tejaarati Bank in Pol-e Baagh-e Omumi.
