Can anybody tell me about the human rights situation under Rabbani, between 1992 and 1996? I want to know about the way in which the Rabbani reforms and propagande resulted in human rights abuses, expecially of women and girls (rather than the obvious killings and casualties as a result of the heavy shelling of Kabul by the Rabbani and opposing forces). |
