We are afghans and Afghanistn has a history. We must be carefull to dicide how to make a constitution for Afghanistan and we must not be undermined by some warloards, which are powered by some naboring countries to make Afghanistan a federal republic. I think the federal republic could be a temporarry solution to the problems of Afghan ethnic conflicts, but if we think about a totally free Afghanistan it will give us unimaginable problems,caz there is no statistic how many people live in a province or state depending of their nationality. You are responsible for this constitution and the history will never forget your dissetion, so think once again before you make a final dissetion and don't forget that some peoples from some nationalities have more abality to send you letters and e-mails, but other don't. |
